We can improve our BMR by eating regularly, having the correct number of calories, getting plenty of sleep, reducing stress, and drinking water. Regular exercise helps in burning down extra fat from our body in turn maintaining the BMR.
Irregular BMR causes serious problems in the human body like High blood pressure, diabetes, abnormal cholesterol, or triglycerides level, and many more. So, it is of utmost importance that we should take care of our BMR i.e., metabolic health.
